Habitat for Humanity Toronto is opening ReStore #4. Located in the Leslieville area, ReStore 4 needs volunteers to commit a minimum of 5 hours /week for 3 months or more starting with the grand opening on Monday, April 4th. One hundred percent of all of Habitat Toronto’s administrative and fundraising costs are paid for by the operation of three retail outlets, Toronto ReStores. Habitat ReStores sell quality new and gently-used donated building materials. Responsibilities: • Volunteer responsibilities include lifting, cleaning, arranging materials for sales and customer service. • Volunteers must attend an orientation session at the new store on Saturday, April 2nd, from 12:00 – 2:00p.m. Requirements • Volunteers must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds. • Volunteers must be willing/able to commit to a minimum of 5 hours/week for 3 months of more.
